The Visalia Arts  Consortium is a network of artists, art organizations and businesses that recognize the value of art and culture to a healthy and thriving community. The Consortium exists to promote local artistic and cultural activities in the community, provide programs that encourage artists to stay in our city, and foster communication between city government, residents, and the Arts community.
