Eighteen local nonprofits transformed newsstands into works of art as part of the Visalia Times Delta's 150th anniversary. After a week at Arts Visalia, the newsstands have been moved out to Bank of the Sierra on Main Street, SunCrest Bank, Visalia Times Delta, and Borders Books and Music until August 14th. Donations for the nonprofits can be inserted into the newsstand. Participating nonprofits include: Arts Visalia, Visalia Art League, Arts Council of Tulare County, Enchanted Playhouse, Visalia Community Players, The Creative Center, Tulare County Symphony, 210 Center, Visalia Rescue Mission, Sequoia Riverlands Trust, Valley Oak SPCA, Parks and Recreation Foundation, PAL, Pro Youth Heart, Imagine U Children's Museum, CASA, Fox Theatre, and Family Services.
